Chris Hemsworth has stunned fans with one particular detail in his latest workout video.

The Aussie actor posted a montage of clips on Instagram, showing off his gruelling training session.

“Good little session. Finishing it strong with some core,” the 39-year-old wrote in the caption of the Reel.

The “little session” sees him performing Bosu ball squats, push-ups, pull-ups and boxing drills.

The Thor star worked out shirtless and wore gym shorts and a backwards-facing cap.

The training clip racked up more than 17 millions views, with many fans slightly distracted by the Avengers actor’s bulge.

“Are we seeing it or just ignoring it?” one person asked.

“I know what part I’m watching, especially in that last one! Now we know where Thor keeps his hammer,” another wrote.

“So they let you keep the hammer?” a third joked.

“Watched it multiple times… that last exercise I swear I could see Thor’s hammer, lucky wife,” a fourth person wrote.

Hemsworth has become well-known for his impressive build.

The Rush actor even has a health and fitness app Centr, which features personalised training tools inspired by his workouts.

Speaking with UNILAD, Hemsworth shared his thoughts on the biggest barrier stopping people from getting as into shape as he is.

“That initial motivation, I think. I was lucky enough to have friends and be in an atmosphere growing up where I was able to partake in a lot of outdoor physical activities,” he told the outlet.

“I then had times when I didn’t train and I’d do other things, and you know, fall out of shape - and having known what it felt like to be in shape and be healthy, I very quickly went, ‘Oh, I want to get back to that.’”

He continued: “I’d say to people - movement creates the motivation. Don’t sit around and wait for it to happen. Just get up, just take that first step, just start moving.

“And in turn, there’s a flow-on effect to that, and the more you do it, the more you become addicted to feeling that way. And once you’ve had a taste of it, it’s very hard to go back and have it any other way.

“So surround yourself with like-minded people who have the same sort of attitude, but just have that sort of self-motivation and figure out what’s your purpose, why you’re doing this.

“And if it’s to live a longer, healthier life, live a better life, then there’s no other motivation, I think.”
