Kapoor makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One of her favorite healthy foods to enjoy is fruit, specifically berries. Kapoor likes to enjoy berries for breakfast. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a bowl of yogurt with strawberries and blackberries, captioning it "#Morningberries." She also enjoys eating berries plain, according to this Instagram photo, which she captioned, "#Healthybreakfast."

Kapoor revealed to Vogue that a big part of her fitness routine is going for a walk as often as she can. "I don't do anything major, nothing too crazy. If you take a walk in your building or climb the stairs, it's great. Walks are important, it is an easy way to get your metabolism up."

"I am not paranoid about my weight; I don't want a thin self, so I don't indulge in extreme ghaas phoos (salad) diets. Instead, I eat 6-7 small meals in a day keeping a gap of two to three hours between each. Remember moderation is key. I don't deprive myself if I like something I will 'eat' it and not 'taste' it. You cannot stick to crazy diets in the long run. Just eat wisely and exercise regularly."

One of Kapoor's favorite ways to stay in shape is by practicing yoga. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself in a pose, for International Yoga Day. But Kapoor doesn't just do traditional yoga.
