The pregnant star stripped completely naked and covered herself from head to toe in silver paint for the snaps for W Magazine.
The brunette beauty, who is expecting her second baby with Kanye West, is seen lying back in a pool of silver, showing off her bum and boobs with no covering whatsoever.
She wrote: "#TBT shooting my @wmag cover."
However while she seems happy enough with it now, we all remember back in 2011 when that wasn't exactly the case.
