Lindsay Wallace and Peter Phillips, Princess Anne’s son, were spotted at King Charles III’s Coronation last month looking extremely content.
Their passion for each other was clearly evident by the smiles on their cheeks, especially during the Coronation Concert.
Lindsay sat beside Peter in the royal box wearing a £795 hot pink dress designed by Claire Mischevani.
A friend of the couple has verified that Peter and his girlfriend of two years Lindsay are “very happy” together.
“[Peter Phillips] is in a great place at the moment and could not be happier in either his private or personal life,” the friend told Hello!.
The source added: “Lindsay really is a breath of fresh air and it’s clear to see both Lindsay and Peter are loving life.”
In addition, the friend said that Peter and Lindsay’s smiles at the recent Coronation “just say it all”.
Peter’s old school friend Lindsay attended the 2011 nuptials of Zara and Mike Tindall. She also has two children from a previous marriage, just like her royal boyfriend.
The pair made their first public appearance in 2021 when they attended the dual christening of August Brooksbank and Lucas Tindall in Windsor in November of that year.
August Brooksbank is the son of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank. Lindsay has since joined the Royal Family at Royal Ascot, the King’s coronation, and the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Pageant in 2022.
Lindsay also was photographed speaking with Queen Elizabeth II just before her passing.
After both of their marriages failed, Peter, 45, and Lindsay, 42, were said to have grown close and begun a relationship.
Peter works at Formula 1 as the head of partner acquisition for the sports and entertainment rights organisation CSM Sport & Entertainment.
He and his ex-wife Autumn Phillips have two daughters together, Savannah, 12, and Isla, 11. Peter’s parents are the Princess Royal and her first husband, Captain Mark Phillips, to whom she was married from 1973 until 1992.
The 45-year-old was the eldest grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh.
Princess Anne and Captain Phillips were famous for wanting their two children, Peter and Zara, to lead as regular lives as possible.
Thus, neither Peter nor Zara were awarded royal titles at birth. Zara went on to be an Olympic equestrian, something she may not have been able to achieve had she been a working royal.
